About
Integrated photonics and advanced packaging are key emerging technologies for the semiconductor industry, both in the Netherlands and across Europe. The mission connects Dutch companies with Germany's semiconductor and photonics ecosystem, including Saxony's chip manufacturing cluster and the Berlin-Brandenburg photonics cluster OptecBB, to explore research collaborations and market opportunities.
Our multidisciplinary teams support customers in moving fusion technology from early concept to a robust, manufacturable design. Demcon high-tech systems brings decades of experience in big science projects, combining competencies such as multiphysics simulation, superconductivity, thermal hydraulics, plasma physics, and cryogenics.

We design optomechatronic modules where optics, positioning, and mechanical stability work together as one system, including beam shaping, active and passive alignment, and optical columns that resist thermal and mechanical variations.Advanced packaging
We bring precision assembly and motion control expertise to next-generation semiconductor and electronic systems, supporting the heterogeneous integration of components at increasingly small scales.Fiber alignment and precision positioning
We achieve stable, reproducible couplings between optical components, a critical step for reliable performance in photonic systems.
